Cyborg 0018 is an antagonist in the Cyborg 009 vs. Devilman crossover OVA. He was originally a comatose by who was selected by Dr. Adams Teufel to be a member of the High-Teen Number Cyborgs.
He was voiced by Hiro Shimono in the Japanese version and Griffin Burns in the English dub.
History[]
Set grew up with his sister Eva in a Black Ghost facility in Canada. He was later the victim of an accident that left him comatose. His body was volunteered to Dr. Adams Teufel to have the demon Atun released into it.
Following his completion, Atun/Cyborg 0018 snapped Dr. Adams' neck and brutally beat down Cyborg 0015. He later went to go fight his old rival, Amon/Devilman. At the same time, Cyborg 001 and 0015 sent an anti-energy wave towards 0018 and the other High-Teen Number Cyborgs. However, this wave had the affect of evolving 0018 into an entirely new angelic being, Azazel.
Cyborg 0017 lunged at Azazel in an attempt to attack him but the Demon-Cyborg hybrid effortlessly cut him down. 0016 then tried to attack Azazel but was bestowed a similar fate. After killing 0014, Azazel turned his attention to the 00 Cyborgs and Devilman. However, 0015 used her psychic powers to communicate with her brother, convincing him to leave his body.
With his soul separated from his body, Atun was left as the sole resident of Set's physical form. The demon later met his end at the hands of 009 and Devilman.
