He kills Frogmire for being past curfew.
Biography[]
Brian asks well at least Joe gets to be a cyborg which he is and Cyborg Joe steps on a skull and he stops to look around the camera and goes to his view which it is a robotic vision. Frogmire jumps into his view and cyborg joe looks at him And his violation is local ordinance. And cyborg joe said freeze, Frogmire! you are out past curfew, and therefore in violation of local ordinance and Frogmire replies "Ribbity." Cyborg Joe Swanson shoots his laser vision at Frogmire making him explode with blood and guts. The blood ends up on Cyborg Joe's face.
