Wing Shogun Cyclead is a member of the Three Shoguns and a secondary antagonist in Chousei Kantai Sazer-X.

History

Cyclead arrived at Earth along with the rest of Space Pirate Fleet Descal. He and the other Shoguns were ordered by Captain Barder to collect the Cosmo Capsules to prevent Sazer-X from getting them first.

In order to empower one of his monsters, Cyclead had lightning strike the ship. However, this had the unintended side effect of short-circuiting Captain Barder. With their leader having malfunctioned, the Three Shoguns pondered what to do.

Barder's ship was later destroyed by Sazer-X, but Cyclead and the other Shoguns were teleported away before they could be consumed by the explosion. Their rescuers turned out to be the Neo Descal Pirate Fleet from the future, who needed the Shoguns to still be alive to prevent any altercations to the timeline.

However, this did not stop the Neo Descal leaders from mistreating the Shoguns, eventually leading to them turning on them. King Neo Descal soon arrived from the future and brainwashed Cyclead to make him still be loyal, but Cyclead was eventually freed from Neo Descal's control and turned good.
