Cyrus, better known as Nemesis II, is the main antagonist of the 2022 Amazon original Samaritan.
He is Granite City's most notorious Crime Boss and an avid Nemesis supporter who takes on the mantle of the deceased villain in order to through Granite City into complete anarchy.
He was portrayed by Pilou Asbæk, who also played Euron Greyjoy in Game of Thrones, Wafner in Overlord, Ethan Sacks in Run Sweetheart Run, Owen Paddock in Hidden Strike and Kordax in Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.

Cyrus takes being a fanatic to a whole new, sinister meeting. He is ruthless, psychotic, irrational, unruly, and has an unquenchable thirst for crime and anarchy, all in the name of his idol, Nemesis. It's to the point where Cyrus actually starts to believe he is actually Nemesis and views himself as a hero for the weak and less fortunate and is helping them see that the path to what you seek is made through anarchy and destruction. This is also shown through his hatred of Samaritan, who he views as nothing more than a police officer in a costume who beats on the weak and the helpless and denies them of what they want. He is also willing to kill those getting in his way and will even fill his victims with hope of salvation before gunning them down anyway.
However, while Cyrus is a bad person, he has also shown to show love and loyalty to his crew, who look up to him like the father figure they never had. He has also shown to have an attachment with them as he never leaves the base without them and even broke down when Sil was killed during the fight with Joe. Showcasing that he at least cares for those he loves, despite their criminal behavior.
