Cyrus Clayton is the main antagonist of The Haunting Hour episode “Séance”.

He is a haunted ghost who was a former worker until his death.

He was portrayed by Ian Gregson.

Biography

Past

Cyrus had an older sister who would bully and push him around. Cyrus was a sawmill worker with a bad temper. One day at work, he was drinking alcohol and got caught by his boss. His boss went to fire him, until Cyrus picked up a 2x4 and cracked it over his boss's head. Cyrus fell off the platform and onto the conveyor belt. Before he could free himself, his leg got cut off. He died from excessive blood loss. Now, his ghost haunts the town, seeking the leg he lost, even if it means getting it from the humans.

Seance

One day ago, Cyrus was summoned by Carla, Naomi and Tracey during a seance. However, the other duo including Dylan were pranking Carla, unaware that they actually summoned Cyrus without even thinking it was real. Sometime after Carla went to bed, she woke up and went to investigate on what was happening thinking it’s her sister and her friends pranking her again, she refused to believe it. However, she went under the table and notice something going wrong as as Cyrus encountered her. However, he started to soon realized that Carla was going through the same thing that he went through with his older sister of being bullied and knows what it feels like to be played by their older sibling. Sympathizing her for the pain she went through, he and Carla decided to play a trick on Naomi, Tracy and Dylan to teach them a lesson. Their prank was a success, in which Carla revealed that it was Cyrus idea of the prank in which revealed that he also had an older sister too. When Naomi and her friends don’t believe, Carla calls in Cyrus as the latter comes near the trio as he asks the children which one of them will be going to lend them their leg for a replacement of his wooden leg while holding an ax in his hand, presumably to cut one of theirs to choose on becoming his own.
