Daijinryuu is a colossal mechanical dragon deity whose duty is to keep the universe in balance by eliminating any roots of conflict and the overarching antagonist of Gosei Sentai Dairanger.
History[]
Daijinryuu first arrived on Earth during the Dairangers battle with the Gorma Minion Great Famous Pachinko Player after sensing conflict on the planet and destroyed a large section of Tokyo. When the Dairangers and Pachinko Player continued to battle, Daijinryuu crushed the Gorma Minion before blasting apart DairenOh. Just as Daijinryuu was about to finish off the Dairangers, Master Kaku and Gorma Emperor XV were able to negotiate a ceasefire, causing Daijinryuu to return to space as order had been restored.
However, after detecting the demonic power of Akomaru's new henchman Ikazuchi, Daijinryuu soon returned to Earth and brainwashed the citizens of Tokyo to commit suicide. Master Kaku managed to stop them using the Kiryoku and after Daijinryuu left, to prevent any intervention from the dragon god, decided to disband the Dairangers.
Daijinryuu later returned to Earth again during the Dairangers' final battle with Gorma Emperor XVI and assaulted the Gorma Palace in an attempt to eliminate both the Dairangers and the new Gorma Emperor, reducing the palace to ruins in the process. However, after Ryo killed Shadam, Daijinryuu departed from Earth for a final time, sensing that the conflict had ended and balance had been restored.
