Daiyarl is one of Space Empire Zangyack's Action Commanders and the antagonist in episode 29 of the 2011 TV series Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger.
He was voiced by Yasuhiro Takato, who also voiced JJ Jetton, SS Sutatanzo, a Copy Org, Quotaian Dagonel, Sorcery Priest Meemy, Tsuneki, a Straw Banki, Fandaho of Nonsense, Mushikagoloid, Debo Vaacance, Jashinger, Demeran Yatmis, and Carantula.
Biography[]
Daiyarl is tasked by Insarn to collect the happiness from newlywed brides in order to cure Warz Gill of his common cold and place it in his Absorbloomer staff. Equipped with a Multi-Size Daiyarl, Daiyarl can not only enlarge himself without Insarn's assistance, but also shrink to the size of an insect.
In a series of events, Daiyarl indirectly damaged Gokaioh from the inside before Gokai Pink's use of bugspray nearly blinds him and forces him to fall back. Ahim later lures Daiyarl into a trap, and manages to destroy his Multi-Size Daiyarl and then his Absorbloomer staff. Daiyarl is then nearly defeated when the Gokaigers complete the Abaranger Key set with the Abare Pink Key from meeting Yukito and Emiri Sanjyo, and he is later destroyed when the Gokaigers use the Great Power of the Abarangers to form Goujyu Gokaioh.
Kamen Rider × Super Sentai: Super Hero Taisen[]
However, he is revived in Super Hero Taisen as a member of Dai-Zangyack. When the group unites with Dai-Shocker, they battle the army of Kamen Riders and Super Sentai. Before the battle started, he was seen when the groups united, and he was seen getting run over by Red Buster and Kamen Rider Fourze. He is seen fighting Kamen Rider ZX in the background.
Trivia[]
He is the first opponent of GoZyu GokaiOh. However, he's the only one to actually get defeated by the enemy. The next time the formation was used, it failed.
