The Consortium of Evil, Dakker, is a mysterious criminal organization serving as the main antagonists of the Western-styled tokusatsu series Kaiketsu Zubat.
They are a crime network led publicly by Boss L with various criminal gangs under their belt. Every criminal gang sponsored by Dakker has an extravagantly dressed "Boss" as its leader and a "Bodyguard" serving as its main enforcer.
History[]
Dakker sent the Hell Gang, led by Hell Dragon, to kill Goro Asuka. After their attempt to bomb the bus Goro was riding in left him hospitalized but alive, the Hell Gang bombed the hospital Goro was staying at. After Goro was shot and killed by a mysterious figure, his friend Ken Hayakawa donned the super suit Goro had created to become a masked hero known as "Kaiketsu Zubat" and search for Goro's killer.
Dakker later sponsored an attempt by Black Star, leader of the Black Heart Gang, to seize ownership of a western-style town called Cheyenne City so he use it to build a casino. However, Ken Hayakawa again interfered in the operation.
