Dallas Genoard is a major character in the light novel and anime series Baccano!. He is voiced by Atsushi Imaruoka in the Japanese version of the anime and Ian Sinclair in the English version.
Dallas Genoard is the older brother of Eve Genoard and an infamous and volatile delinquent. Despite this, he cares deeply for his sister (despite being annoyed by her faith in God), and she is one of his few weaknesses. He and his gang initially worked for small time crimes and eventually were pulled into a world of immortals and gang wars bigger than their wildest dreams. He is one of the antagonistic forces of the 1930 storyline, The Rolling Bootlegs and one of the supporting protagonists in the 1933 storyline, The Slash. After be becomes unkillable by normal means he starts to think he is invincible and grows too arrogant and attacks a rival gang only to be overpowered. As he and his small group regain consciousness the others reveal that Dallas, while he couldn't be killed by normal means, would still age. As punishment for his attack against them they trap them in barrels and tell them they were going to be dumped into the harbor where they would constantly drown only to immediately revive. As Dallas realizes the horrors he is about to face he can only break down in tears as they cover him in cement.
While that is all that is covered in the anime the manga revealed later events. For the next three years Dallas suffers this fate until he is rescued, at first he seeks to get his revenge and to become rich but those who found him point out he can't kill those who did it as they were completely immortal thus could kill him through absorbing him but he couldn't kill them. The man who freed him even goes as far as threaten his sister Eve to which due to his love for her cannot risk her safety for his revenge.
