Dan Shu was a supporting antagonist in Science-Fantasy turn-based role-playing video game, Honkai: Star Rail. She was the former Chief Alchemist in the Alchemy Commission of Xianzhou Luofu who had defected to the Denizens of Abundance after the death of her friend, Yufei. She's currently a follower of Yaoshi, the Abundance to spread Their Blessings of Immortality, that the Xianzhou Alliance views it as a curse. In addition, she allied herself with Phantylia to give Xianzhou Natives immortality, unaware that Phantylia secretly uses her alongside the other Disciples as Pawns to destroy Lan.
She's voiced by Tiana Camacho in English dub.
History[]
Dan Shu, initially a follower of Lan, Aeon of the Hunt, spent most of her early life researching and experimenting in attempt to find the cure to her blindness with her best friend, Yufei. When Yufei was enlisted in the war against Denizens of Abundance, her faith in Lan wanes after witnessing a fellow Xianzhou Native being cured from the disabilities upon becoming Mara-Struck. Sometime later, Yufei died in the war against Denizens of Abundance. After Dan Shu learns that Lan's Lux Arrow has killed her best friend, Dan Shu's faith in Lan's shattered and she renounces her allegiance towards Lan and turns to Yaoshi.
