~ Dana to Jade Waters |
Dana Howe is the supporting antagonist of the Criminal Minds: Evolution episode "Stars and Stripes". Dana is one of the Gold Star Killers assisting Jade Waters while she's on the run, and the most expendable of the killers to their boss, Frank Church.
She was portrayed by Nikko Austin Smith.
Biography[]
Dana was one of five kids raped and tortured under Church's orders to brainwash them into being mercenaries. Dana's crimes weren't specified, and it appeared that she was a backup for Jade when she was needed. When State Trooper Martin Stanz arrested Jade, Dana shot and wounded him, so that Jade could gouge his eyes and tell him to let the FBI know to leave her alone. Dana went with Jade to a storm shelter serial killer Elias Voit led her to, and it appeared to suggest on a diorama the FBI were behind Church's operations. Dana told Jade that since all they had was each other, they needed to return to Church. They got back to the barracks Church operated from, and once he separated Jade, Church shot Dana in the back of her head with a silenced pistol, killing her. She was recovered once the barracks were raided.
