Biography[]

Ain't Rights and the Skinheads[]

Pat, Sam, Reece and Tiger are the members of the unsuccessful punk band, Ain't Rights, traveling through the Pacific Northwest, after their gig gets cancelled, Tad, a radio host arranges a show for them through his cousin, Daniel in a neo-Nazi skinhead bar in the woods, opening for the Nazi punk band Cowcatcher.

They are greeted by Daniel and Gabe, a recent skinhead convert, after their show. Sam forgets her phone in the green room, but when Pat returns for it, he finds Cowcatcher member Emily dead, having being stabbed by Werm, another member of the band. Pat tries calling the police, but Gabe and Big Justin (another skinhead) capture the rest of the band and hold them captive in the green room, confiscating their phones.

Darcy's Arrival[]

Meanwhile, Gabe pays two skinheads to stab each other to create a cover story for the police. He also calls the gang's leader Darcy Banker, who orders him to kill the band so as to eliminate witnesses.

The band manages to overpower Big Justin, taking his gun and holding him hostage. Darcy tries to negotiate with them, offering to let them go if they give up their weapons. The band agrees, but only if they can give up the gun without bullets. Darcy agrees, but as Pat is giving up his weapon, Amber warns them that they are falling into a trap. Sure enough, Darcy's men attack Pat and slash his arm. His friends manage to save him and lock themselves in the room again. Big Justin attacks them, but Reece subdues him and chokes him to unconsciousness. Amber finds a boxcutter in Big Justin's pocket and uses it to kill him.

Trying to escape[]

As Darcy and his men prepare a new plan, the band looks for a way out and find an underground drug lab, but the exit is locked from the outside. They decide to arm themselves with improvised weapons and fight their way out, but Darcy is prepared and has summoned Clark, an attack dog trainer; as soon as the band leaves the green room, Clark releases his dog, which kills Tiger. Reece escapes through a window, but the skinheads are already waiting and stab him to death. The dog attacks Sam, but Pat saves her by scaring him with microphone feedback. Pat, Amber and Sam retreat to the green room.

Darcy sends Daniel inside, telling him they murdered Emily. Amber gets in the way and tells him Werm killed Emily after she discovered they were planning to leave the skinheads and escape together. Daniel becomes their ally after this, and helps them out of the green room, but Darcy sends the bartender inside to make sure Daniel kills them; after Daniel discovers the treason, he kills Daniel with a shotgun. The group kills the bartender with a machete and take his shotgun. They try to leave the club, only to find the skinheads waiting outside. The skinheads open fire, wounding Amber, and sic the dog on Sam, mauling him to death. Pat and Amber retreat inside the club and into the green room once again.

The Final Showdown[]

Darcy comes up with a new plan: stage Sam, Tiger and Reece's deaths as if they were killed trespassing. Meanwhile, he sends skinheads Jonathan and Kyle inside to kill Amber and Pat, and Gabe to clean up the blood afterwards. Amber and Pat ambush and kill Jonathan and Kyle, so Gabe surrenders to them and they take him outside at gunpoint. They discover that the skinheads have fled, with only Clark and Darcy remaining. Pat and Amber surprise Darcy and Clark, with Amber killing the latter with a shotgun. Alan distracts them as Darcy walks away and pulls out a gun from his jacket. Before he can shoot them, however, Pat shoots Darcy in the back and Amber shoots him in the leg. Mortally wounded, he manages to kill Pat before he dies, right at as the police arrive.

Trivia[]

  • After reading the script, Patrick Stewart found it so scaring that he locked up his house, activated the security system and drank a Scotch. He knew then that he wanted to play the role of Darcy Banker because such a evil character would be an incredible challenge and make a captivating movie.
