Dark Kat is the main antagonist of the SWAT Kats animated TV series and ironically the main reason for the SWAT Kats' birth.
He was voiced by the late Brock Peters.
Biography
Dark Kat is a wanted mastermind and his goal is to destroy Megakat City to create a new lawless town called "Dark Kat City". Being highly intelligent and calculating, Dark Kat often anticipated his foes' actions with great accuracy and it was a recurring theme throughout the series that all of his hideouts were rigged with explosives. His attempt to bomb the Enforcer headquarters indirectly led to Chance and Jake's fallout with the Enforcers and the birth of the SWAT Kats.
Personality and Abilities
He is very large, evil, menacing, bulky, highly intelligent and calculative, a villain with no limits of orchestrating plans and anticipating his foes with perfect accuracy to his advantaged. Dark Kat will rigged his lairs or hideouts with explosives when he is losing, this involved taking his enemies down with him and mostly coming back alive unharmed. He even makes alliances with Dr. Viper to aid him against the SWAT Kats and controlling Metallikats to his will. He is a ruthless and sadistic mastermind who would stop at nothing to make certain that his plans are successful, whether if he has to cheat, lie, betray, or even outright murder to do so.

Creeplings
Small pink Gremlin-like creatures and henchmen of Dark Kat, extremely vicious, protected against radiation and operating in great numbers. Also, a real nuisance to face all at once and having limited intelligence.
Hard Drive
A petty thief always stealing money from ATM machines and the Enforcers known him as a pest. One day, he acquired a device called the "Surge Coat" and becoming the electric hacker "Hard Drive". He'll hack into military based and sell back their information for the right price, his plan went sour and imprisoned in a insulation container missile. Once Dark Kat freed him and stole the SWAT Kats' Turbokat to ruin reputation. But, both him and his boss failed and sent prison. From then on, he went solo and no longer works for him.
