Darryl Ulrich is the secondary antagonist of the 2008 action movie Death Race, the first installment in the film series of the same name.

A high-ranking official of Terminal Island Penitentiary, he is the top prison guard and is also the right-hand man of it's tyrannical ruler: Claire Hennessey.

He was portrayed by Jason Clarke who also portrayed George Wilson in The Great Gasby, Carl Henderson in The Devil All the Time, Brett Linton in Stingers, Emil Stenz in White House Down and T-3000 in Terminator Genisys.

Personality

Darryl Ulrich was an extremely sadistic and intelligent man. He was also very loyal to his boss, Hennessey, and followed her orders, even if it meant killing someone. He was also a master at deception and could easily lie to others.

Biography

When Jensen refuses to become Frankenstein, Hennessey orders Ulrich to plant a bomb under his car in case he were to win. Ulrich was later killed alongside Hennessey in an explosion caused by Coach.
