Darth Mekhis is the main antagonist of the Star Wars comic Star Wars: The Old Republic - The Lost Suns. She was a Sith Lord scientist of the Sith Empire's Ministry of Technology, who fought against the Galactic Republic during the Great Galactic War. After the war's end with the treaty of Coruscant, she took possession of the Vesla system and secretly used it as a base for producing weapons of mass destruction.

One of seven surviving members of the Sith Emperor's Dark Council, Mekhis renamed her ship from its blueprint title "Javelin Dreadnought" to "Ror'jhan", which translated to "she whose leaves sweat poison" in the Sith language. Designs of hers include the Gauntlet, a light-speed cannon that can hit targets in hyperspace; the Silencer, a rapidly recharging mega laser that can wipe out a whole fleet; the Ascendant Spear, a battle cruiser with a class 0.5 hyperdrive; the Emperor's Shadow, a 3rd generation cloaking device commissioned by Darth Malgus, and the Undying, with unknown but likely terrifying abilities.
Darth Mekhis utilized a legion of warriors known as Sith Knights, semi-mechanical agents who were former Jedi corrupted by her experiments, to remotely enforce her personal will. She was aboard her Sun Razer, the factory by which she produced her weapons, in the Vesla system when Captain Eisek informed her of Theron Shan and Master Ngani Zho's capture. She ordered the Jedi Master to be tortured, interrogated and then executed. However, the two escaped, and Ngani died protecting the Twi'lek Teff'ith from blaster bolts, while simultaneously, Theron made his way to Mekhis and revealed himself as the son of Satele Shan, who defeated Mekhis in battle long ago, throwing her off guard. He then paralyzed her using a toxicity-ten poison, leaving her to perish on the Sun Razer as it collapsed into its star from Theron lowering the shields. Her position on the Dark Council was later replaced by Darth Hadra, her rival.
