Dave Williams is a major character of the Channel 4 British soap opera Hollyoaks, first debuting on December 2021 and then serving as a major character in 2022-2023 before later becoming the show's main antagonist in 2024.

In his characterisation, Dave is a member of the Williams family who originally appeared to be a decent individual who settles his life in Hollyoaks. But it is soon revealed that he is secretly a notorious gangland boss known as 'Blue' with a grudge against local hardman Warren Fox for the latter's involvement in the death of Dave's daughter Lizzie. At one point, Dave's vendetta led to him killing Warren's estranged mother Norma Crow at their house.

He is portrayed by Dominic Power, who also played Cameron Murray in Emmerdale.

History

Dave Williams first came to Hollyoaks in December 2011 to reconcile with his estranged family.

Nearly three later year, Dave has settled in the area but crossed paths with local hardman Warren Fox over the latter's involvement in the death of Dave's late daughter Lizzie in the past. Dave soon appears to call a truce with Warren, though this happens around the same time as Warren finds himself being tormented by a notorious gangland figure named 'Blue'. It is soon revealed that Blue is actually Dave, who is secretly planning revenge against Warren over Lizzie's death and at one point has murdered Warren's mother Norma Crow in their home.
