Dax Minter, also known as Gamine, is the main antagonist of the second season of Designated Survivor. He was a hacker who wanted to undermine the Kirkman administration.
He was portrayed by Chris Butler who also portrayed Hollis Walker Jr. in Criminal Minds.
Biography[]
Dax gave a model car to the president so with a secret listening device so that he could leak confidential notes from the President's therapist. He did this so that he could further undermine the Kirkman administration. He claimed that he committed the cyber attacks because he believed that Americans should have the right to be "left alone". After his identity as Gamine was revealed, Dax was promptly arrested by the FBI and imprisoned for his crimes.
