~ The Dream Vistor's description regarding the Dead Three |
The Dead Three are one of the main antagonists of the Dungeons & Dragons franchise, specifically for the Forgotten Realms segment, and one of the overarching antagonists of the Baldur's Gate series.
They are a collective of three death-themed deities: Bane, the God of Tyranny, Bhaal, the Lord of Murder, and Myrkul, the God of Death. They were formerly a trio of human adventurers, but later turned into gods by Jergal, the Lord of the End of Everything. After becoming gods, they formerly served as rivals to each other, but they later team up to steal the artifacts of Ao, causing the Time of Troubles.
