The Death Eater Administration are the main antagonists of the the 2007 fantasy novel Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and its film adaptations of the same name.
They are the Administration of Death Eaters after the ministry was taken over being led by Voldemort indirectly and his puppet Pius Thicknesse.
History[]
Formation[]
During August 1997 Death Eater Corban Yaxley manages to put the Head of Magical Law enforcement office Pius Thicknesse under the Imperius Curse. after this, Voldemort tortures minister Rufus Scrimgeour to death, resulting in the Death Eaters launching a coup resulting in mass murder and the overthrowing of Scrimgeour's administration and the new ruling of Lord Voldemort, and Pius Thicknesse as his puppet.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows[]
After learning that Mundungus Fletcher took a bribe from Dolores Umbridge, Harry, Ron, and Hermione manage to sneak their way into the Ministry and sabotage the Muggle-Born Registration Commission in their attempt to imprison a Muggle-Born named Mary Cattermole. During this time, Harry disguises as Albert Runcorn, a friend of Umbridge, and sneaks inside the court case. Harry manages to stun Umbridge and gets chased by Yaxley as they attempt to escape him, but he grabs Hermionels leg, and she shakes him off as he goes flying to Grimmauld house officially destroying their headquarters.
Later, the Administration is finally disbanded after Voldemort loses the war. Pius Thicknesse has killed several members of the administration including Umbridge, and Albert Runcorn are arrested for crimes against humanity and false imprisonment. Runcorn is only given 1 year but Umbridge is sentenced to life for mass murder of muggle borns.
Later Shacklebolt takes over as minister ending the Administration's brutal regime as well as him ending the Muggle-Born Registration Commission, and the usage of Dementors. At Azkaban which unfortunately means Umbridge won't suffer as much as the people she jailed.
