“ | The monster who took Lord Denzel's life. The evil being who brainwashed us, controlling our every move. How could I ever serve in a kingdom where the king and queen who rule it are a Demon and a Goddess? I will make a country of my own. One made only for humans. | „ |

“ | He's jumping into the fire to try and rescue his suffering mother! To see Meliodas in agony, I cursed the one person in this world I knew he couldn't live without, but this way, I'll be able to cause him even more torment. | „ |
~ Deathpierce on his plan to torture Tristan |
Deathpierce is a supporting ally turned antagonist in The Seven Deadly Sins, being the main antagonist of The Seven Sins: Grudge of Edinburgh movie. He is a former Holy Knight of Liones who returned to his home of Edinburgh after Liones's new rulers were a Demon and Goddess. He vowed to create a kingdom of only humans. He is voiced by Yōhei Azakami in Japanese and Ben Lepley (who also voiced Illuso in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind) in English.
Biography[]
Deathpierce was born and raised in Edinburgh, where he befriended a young fairy whom he named Invisible since she was invisible to everyone save him. He was enlisted by Denzel Liones and joined the Pleiades of the Azure Sky order of Holy Knights of Liones upon the fall of Edinburgh.

Appearance[]
Deathpierce is a man with long silver hair, purple eyes and a mustache. He typically wears a yellow shirt (green in the video game) along with blue knight gauntlets.
Personality[]
As he gently requested a combat with Meliodas from King Bartra so that he may see the power of the Dragon's Sin of Wrath, Deathpierce demonstrated that he is more courteous and composed than his friends. However, upon Denzel's passing, he began to feel intense resentment toward the Demon Clan when Derieri killed him and subsequently the goddesses after Nerobasta broke her commitment to oppose both Derieri and Monspeet despite Denzel's sacrifice.
After Ludociel "gave" him with strength using Breath of Bless to the point of talking down to Elizabeth who tried to explain the ramifications of the spell and pushing a female citizen aside beforehand, his feelings toward the Goddess Clan quickly developed into fanaticism.
He departed the Pleiades of the Azure Sky and the Kingdom of Liones after escaping Breath of Bless. He wouldn't stay in Liones, where the rulers were a Goddess and a Demon. His current state of mind was bordering on bigotry against demons and goddesses, and he yearned to reconstruct Edinburgh's monarchy with only humans.
Over the years, he has become extremely cruel and malevolent, vying to torture Meliodas and Elizabeth's son, Tristan, just to spite them. His hatred for other races has manifested to the point where he kidnaps them and locks them up.
