Biography[]
When Timmy Turner wished to be in the universe's greatest science lab, Cosmo and Wanda transported him to Jimmy Neutron's lab. Jimmy was busy updating Goddard with a new upgrade. After putting Goddard in sleep mode for the update, Jimmy stumbled upon Timmy, leading to a mix-up where Timmy fell into Jimmy's hypercube during an argument. However, when Jimmy picked up Timmy’s fairy remote, he accidentally poofed himself back to Dimmsdale. Emerging from Jimmy's hypercube, Timmy began tinkering with the inventions around him. Mistaking Goddard for a console shaped like a dog, he assumed Goddard’s upgrade was a video game and swapped it with his handheld violent game called The Decimator, depicting a giant evil robot destroying the world.
As The Decimator game downloaded onto Goddard, he transformed into a formidable decimator robot. Breaking out of Jimmy’s lab, the newly gigantic and aggressive Goddard searched for targets. Judy, despite being brainwashed by Timmy, escaped narrowly from harm, leaving Hugh vulnerable.
The Decimator knocked Hugh out, growing bigger with each victim. Following this, Goddard destroyed a driver’s truck and the Retroville Mini-Golf Course windmill before targeting Carl, Sheen, and Libby, growing larger with every conquest. At Retroville Park, where Timmy and Cindy were together, Goddard unleashed his flamethrower on them and swallowed Timmy. Inside Decimator Goddard, Timmy teamed up with Cindy to shut the robot down.
As Goddard approached the Purple Flurp Factory with missiles ready to launch, Timmy managed to flip the kill switch with Cindy’s help, successfully deactivating Decimator Goddard. Goddard returned to his original robotic dog form as he collapsed to the ground. On resetting to normal, Goddard's screen revealed Jimmy within Fairy World. When asked by Timmy why he was there, Jimmy explained that some lunatic had trapped him and Timmy's 'computer programs' in a 'computer simulation.' Timmy was shocked to discover Crocker in Fairy World. Finding out Timmy inadvertently turned Goddard into a near-destructive decimator robot, Jimmy questioned him about his genius status. However, Cindy reassured Jimmy by explaining Timmy had already saved both the day and his dog. Subsequently, Timmy apologized to Jimmy for his actions and breaking into his lab. Once both returned to their respective dimensions, Jimmy thanked Timmy for rescuing Goddard. By the episode's end, Jimmy teleported Goddard (alongside Jiffy Turner possibly) to Dimmsdale for Timmy to use as his science fair project.
