General Decimus is the first war chieftain of The Banished and the secondary antagonist of Halo Wars 2.

History

Decimus first encountered the Spirit of Fire crew when they attacked his base. Decimus retreated and ordered a bombardment upon his own base.

Decimus faced off against the Spirit of Fire crew again while they were trying to shut down the Ark's portal network after Atriox took control of it. Decimus fought them for a second and final time and was defeated.
