Deep King is the third boss and one of the five Pirate Kings in the Pirate Kings DLC for Kingdom Rush: Vengeance. This ferocious, towering shark reigns over Sharkpool Reef, where he first confronts the player in battle. He commands an army of humanoid sharks and has the trademark ability of devouring units and towers in his way.
Description[]
Deep King begins the battle by emerging from the top-left path. Once his health drops to around 75-70%, he briefly retreats to his throne before reappearing on the middle-right path. This pattern repeats when his HP falls to roughly 45%, at which point he emerges from the bottom-right lane and advances toward the bottom exit, continuing until the stage concludes.
Like all shark pirates, Deep King possesses a lifesteal ability, restoring a portion of his lost health whenever he lands an attack. Every 15 seconds, he uses a conch shell phone to summon reinforcements, which can include two Tigershark Ragers, a Bullshark Dasher, or one of each. However, his most fearsome ability is his capacity to dive beneath the battlefield and resurface beneath an adjacent tower, swallowing it whole and permanently destroying it.
In Treasure Island, Deep King is the third Pirate King to appear, entering the battle at the start of wave 12. He retains most of his abilities from Sharkpool Reef, though he no longer switches paths during the fight.

The Deep King commands an army of humanoid shark pirates, which consist of 5 main types with distinct abilities and 5 main color codes: yellow, brown, red, green, and blue:
- Lemonshark Slasher: Lifesteal on bite
- Bullshark Dasher: Deals True Damage
- Tigershark Rager: Lifesteal heals for 30% of damage dealt
