History[]
Doraemon: Nobita's Great Adventure into the Underworld[]
Demaon had been looking for a new planet for his demonic race to survive, and eventually found Earth to be the ideal place. During his stay, Demaon caused the massive disasters that rocked the globe and taught mankind dark sorcery, but the people of Earth who learned his magic methods managed to unmask Demaon for the darkness in his heart and banish him and his race back to their own world. However, Demaon managed to leave his dark knowledge within dark grimoires as he was banished.
Demaon later finds the time to make his second invasion during the modern times, causing various atrocities that people chalk up as natural disasters. Eventually the main protagonists invade the Underworld and attempt to kill him, but fail, forcing them to flee, but Demaon's men successfully captures Shizuka, Suneo, Gian, Miyoko and Mr. Mangetsu. Demaon then spies on Nobita and Doraemon and learns that they're trying to travel back in time to undo his victory, so he orders Medusa to deal with them. She successfully turns them into stones, but Dorami restores them back.
Later on, Nobita finds out that Demaon's heart actually locates in outer space. Nobita, Doraemon and Dorami then free their friends and attack Demaon's heart. Despite Demaon's attempt to stop them, Gian manages to destroy his heart, killing him and his men as well as the Underworld, ending his reign of terror.
Doraemon: Nobita's New Great Adventure into the Underworld ~The 7 Magic Users~[]
Demaon's role largely remains the same, but here it's added that Medusa is actually Mrs. Mangetsu, Miyoko's mother, who wished to bring her daughter back to life by making a deal with him. She is taken in by Demaon, who used his powers to turn her into Medusa who served as his minion. Also, here it's Nobita who destroys his heart, not Gian.
