The Demon is the main antagonist of the non-canon Madness Combat animation Incident: 111a.
It is a supernatural, demonic entity of unknown origin who appears while Jesus was targetting three agents with his TAC-50 from a distant building. At first, it toys with Jesus by flickering on the last agent's head and moving him a short distance from his intial position, before killing him as he suddenly appears in front of Jesus and slaughters him with its appendages.
Appearance[]
The Demon is a black, floating face-like entity with two glowing red eyes and teeth which form a grin. It is also shown to sprout tentacles-like appendages from itself.
Personality[]
The Demon's personality isn't much known due to only appearing in one animation and having short screen-time, but it is seen to be taking pleasure in toying with Jesus while he was shooting his three targets, especially on the last agent, before finally killing him. It also has the same frenzy-like state as Tricky does.
Biography[]
After Jesus shot two targets on a distant building with his TAC-50, the Demon first appears over the third target's head, causing Jesus to rub his eyes, thinking it was just an hallucination. The Demon then moves the agent to a short distance from his initial place, before appearing again and twisting the agent's head to look at Jesus, distracting him again.
It then slaughters the agent and writes a message on the building's wall with his blood above his corpse. As Jesus notices this, the Demon suddenly appears right in front of him, causing him to drop his TAC-50 and back away in fear as his head starts bleeding, knowing that its presence is so evil that he falls prey to it. The Demon then sprouts its appendages towards Jesus and kills him as blood splatters appear on the screen.

- The Demon is a rejected concept of Tricky and the Auditor's fusion from Madness Combat 11.
- The sounds it makes are from the 2012 horror game SCP: Containement Breach.
- Its smile is similar to the one seen in Smile.jpg and SCP-087-B.
- It is one of the only characters to not have the facial cross.
- Its design was also used by Kelzad for his REALM series, specifically for Yeelon Mekyr.
