The Demon Clan (魔神族, Majin-zoku) is one of the five major clans/races in the land of Britannia are the main antagonists of the manga/anime series The Seven Deadly Sins for the majority. They are led by the Demon King, who is the one who hand picked and grant the power of the Commandments to a group of elite warriors known as the Ten Commandments to serve under him. 3,000 years ago, they were the ones who waged a great war on the Goddess Clan and its allied clans (Human, Giant and Fairy Clans). The clan was defeated in the end and were sealed away in the Coffin of Eternal Darkness. However, few of the demons manage to avoid the seal, namely a Red Demon, a Grey Demon and Fraudrin, who's a member of the Ten Commandments. Fraudrin has been looking for away to break the seal and free his clan to rule Britannia. He didn't break the seal completely, but succeed in freeing the rest of his comrades of the Ten Commandments. Hendrickson has been planning on releasing them to use for the Holy War on the Seven Deadly Sins.
