Demonic Ninja Sylvia is a witch from the Middle Ages who was revived in modern times and the main antagonist of episode 15 of Sekai Ninja Sen Jiraiya.
She was portrayed by Naoko Matsui.
Biography[]
Sylvia terrorizing people in the past.
During the Middle Ages, Sylvia roamed Europe terrorizing people until she was sealed away underneath Topkapi Palace and separated from her sword.
In the present day however, Haburam heard mysterious sounds from the chamber beneath the Topkapi Palace and went to investigate, only to end up accidentally setting the sorceress free when he dug up her casket and removed the cross placed on it. Though freed, Sylvia still lacked her Devil Sword, which Haburam had taken, and pursued him to Japan to get it back.
After Haburam approached the Togakure school to request Jiraiya's help in catching Sylvia, Sylvia appeared to attack the school, but was driven away by Toha and Tetsuzan. Later though, as everyone was sleeping, Sylvia approached Haburam as he was sleeping and hypnotized him to be her servant. The hypnotized Haburam then lured Toha out into the forest the next day, where he attacked him and stole the Devil Sword from him. Despite Toha's efforts, he was unable to stop Haburam from giving the sword back to Sylvia, which she promptly used to drive him off.
Eyeing her fight with Jiraiya, the Sorcerers Clan attempted to attack her to steal the sword for her own purposes, but Sylvia fought them all off and forced them to retreat.
After Haburam was freed from his hypnosis by Jiraiya and Emiha, he and Jiraiya went to fight Sylvia again. Sylvia was beaten back by the two ninjas before being finished off by Jiraiya with a slash from his Light Vacuum Sword.
