Forces of Hell[]
Satan[]
Satan is an imposing, malevolent archdemon, the ruler of Hell and all of its inhabitants. Due to falling into a depressive state, he inadvertently causes Hell to freeze over. However, Charlie helps him take pleasure in tormenting souls yet again by serving as one of his victims, causing Hell to light back up in flames.
Brittney[]
Brittney, also known as Filia Diabulus, is the daughter of Satan. She appears every hundred years to seduce powerful men, sucking their soul and delivering their belongings to her father. She nearly succeeds in doing this to Mr. Boss, but is ultimately stopped by the Smiling Friends, who caused her to jump out a window to her death.
Plump Demon[]
The Plump Demon is a low-level demon who tried recreating a replica of Hell to torment Charlie with after the actual Hell froze over. He concocted a room with a sentient Hell toilet and mattress made out of flesh and bones, introduced Charlie to Jeremy, and tried to intimidate Charlie with a cardboard pitchfork. After his hard work was inadvertently insulted, he insisted that Charlie leave him alone while breaking down into tears.
Jeremy[]
Jeremy is a demon who served as Charlie's only form of demonic entertainment during his visit, as well as his demonic arch-nemesis. He would annoy Charlie by screaming and flailing his long arms in his face, eventually provoking Charlie into punching him in the gut. While Charlie was being tortured by Satan's minions, Jeremy returned for revenge by punching him in the face.
Hell Mattress & Toilet[]
The Hell mattress and Hell toilet are sentient fixtures made out of flesh, organ and bones. They have a grotesque, amalgamated appearance and seem to live in constant agony and discomfort.
Fiends[]
The fiends are commonfolk demons depicted with a standard devilish appearance. They appear to roam the lands of Hell, conversing with each other and loitering about. They are eventually ordered by Satan to torture Charlie, doing so by tying him to a rack torture device while stabbing him with pitchforks.
Cyclopean Bats[]
The cyclopean bats are large, gray, winged demons with one large yellow eye. They torment their victims by picking them up and dropping them to the ground at great heights. They are seen doing this to a commonfolk fiend by dropping him in a hole, and they attempt to drop Charlie off a bridge but miss the mark.
Giants[]
The giants are gargantuan, muscular, humanoid demons with horns and a faceless, entirely black appearance. They enjoy picking up large clusters of victims and throwing them at each other as their twisted idea of fun, seen doing so in the background as Charlie makes his way to Satan's room.
Leviathan[]
The leviathan is a long, green, spiny, reptilian monster that swims in lava and in the depths of Hell. It swims underneath Charlie as he walks over a frozen river.
Fire-Breathing Beast[]
The fire-breathing beast is a large, monstrous creature that burns its victims with fire breath. It attempts to destroy Charlie as he hides behind a block of ice. However, it is stopped by a two-headed beast.
Two-Headed Beast[]
The two-headed beast is another huge, monstrous creature, acting as a predator by chasing and capturing other species of demons. It saves Charlie by targeting the fire-breathing beast before it can melt through the protective ice.
Imps[]
The imps are tiny, crimson, chaotic pest-like demons who act and appear similar to bliblies. They crowd entire regions of Hell and latch onto their victims while stabbing them with tiny pitchforks. They are ordered by Satan to torture Charlie by stomping on him and piercing him while he is tied to the rack.
Laser-Eye Cyclops Beast[]
The laser-eye cyclops beast is a huge, nightmarish creature that shoots scalding lasers from its single eye. It seemingly targets off-screen victims while Charlie avoids it from behind.
Others[]
Mr. Frog[]
Mr. Frog is an Earth-inhabitant who stars in his titular show. He exhibits chaotic and extremely violent behavior, seen committing numerous atrocities throughout the series because of his impulsive and reckless conduct. Despite his appearance and name suggesting he is an amphibious creature, series creators Zach Hadel and Michael Cusack stated that he is actually a demon in the "Mr. Frog" episode commentary.
Forest Demon[]
The forest demon is a black, lanky, homicidal demon who resides in the forest beyond the rickety bridge across from the Smiling Friends office. He chases after Pim after he enters the forest, but is stopped when he accidentally crashes a Halloween party and is murdered over accusations that he is wearing blackface, which he profusely denied.
