Denim is a minor antagonist in Mobile Suit Gundam. He is a Principality of Zeon soldier serving under Char Aznable.
He was voiced by Kenichi Ogata.
History[]
Denim led a recon mission Side 7 to spy on an Earth Federation facility developing a new type of mobile suit, the RX-78-2 Gundam. Though their orders were only to spy on the facility, Denim's subordinate Gene went ahead and attacked the base, forcing Denim and his other subordinate Slender to back him up against the Earth Federation Forces. However, Amuro Ray then gets into the cockpit of the Gundam and pilots it against the trio of Zakus. After the Gundam kills Gene, Denim makes an aggressive charge at it to avenge Gene's death. However, the Gundam impales Denim's Zaku right through its cockpit, killing Denim and completely incinerating his body.
