The Denki Gamma is a supporting antagonist in Kamen Rider Ghost.
He is voiced by Yo Kitazawa.
Biography[]
The Denki Gamma was brought forth by Chikara Saionji with assistance from Yoshinori Sonoda, an inventor who had been convinced the Gamma would help him create the first successful teleportation device. Saionji had convinced Sonoda that Denki Gamma would help him realize his goal. Denki Gamma's activity led Takeru and his friends after he caused several blackouts in the neighborhood. Takeru initially attempted to fight Denki Gamma using the Musashi Damashii, but was quickly defeated when his swords accidentally amplified Denki's electrical attack. Sonoda's invention was soon completed, but Sonoda soon realized the true function of the machine was to create a Gamma Hole. Ghost then showed up and tried to fight off Denki Gamma. He brought forth the Edison Ghost, only for it to be absorbed by Denki Gamma, enabling him to become a Giant Gamma. Captain Ghost then combines with Machine Ghostriker to form Iguana Ghostriker and fight the Giant Denki Gamma. While Ghost seals the Gamma Hole, Iguana saved Edison from Denki, causing him to revert to his regular self. After Ghost became Ghost Edison Damashii, a raging Denki Gamma attacked him, only for Ghost Edison Damashii to then destroy Denki Gamma with the energy he had unintentionally given him.
The Denki Gamma was later brought back by Igor alongside the Book Gamma to assist him in his scheme to use a Dream World to gather souls. When Takeru and his friends entered the dream world, Denki Gamma and Book Gamma appeared alongside two Gamma Superiors to confront them. The two Gamma were able to force Takeru out of his Rider form and kidnap Yuichi Katagiri before fleeing. The two Gamma were later defeated by Ghost Mugen Damashii before Takeru and his friends canceled the Dream World. The Denki and Book Gamma then appeared in the real world to face the Riders again, but were defeated by Kamen Riders Necrom and Deep Specter with a combined punch.
