~ Deon Owens as the Negative Still Force.
Deon Owens, also known as the Still Force, is the secondary antagonist of Season 7 and one of the two main antagonists (alongside The Reverse-Flash) of Season 8 of the TV series The Flash.
He is a former used car salesman, who after becoming the avatar of the Still Force gained the ability to manipulate and travel through time. Owens came to aid the Speed Force in destroying the Sage and Strength Forces but was redeemed by the Flash, who sought to stop and reform the Speed Force as well, but was eventually corrupted by the Negative Still Force and betrayed Team Flash.
Deon once had a promising football career, which was ruined by a knee injury during a high school game. Unable to follow his dream, Deon became a bitter adult who sold used cars. However, after the creation of the Still Force, Deon became its avatar and gained the ability to manipulate time. Elated with his new abilities, Deon travelled through time and attempted to change his own past in order to improve his future, but was unable to do so due to it being a fixed point in time. After interference by Cisco Ramon and Chester P. Runk, Deon returned back to the present.
Eventually, he came to aid the Speed Force in its goals, being to destroy the other forces, such as the Sage and Strength Forces. However, after being convinced by Barry Allen to abandoned that cause, Deon turned on the Speed Force and helped reform it and himself as well. He later became an ally of Team Flash and aided them during the Godspeed War.
