The Department of Monster Anomalies (abbreviated as DOMA) are the main antagonists of My Singing Monsters. While not appearing in the game, DOMA has begun appearing in a series on the My Singing Monsters YouTube channel.

DOMA is a government organization with similar technologies parallel to the Monster-Handlers, but they see the Singing Monsters as threats to humanity. cataclysmic extra-dimensional event rocked Eastern Siberia, dramatically effecting an area of over 2,000 square kilometers. In the wake of this incident, a cabal of scientists from around the globe established a multi-national pact to study, catalogue, and process their findings, in the hopes of preventing events such as this from occurring.
While they have not appeared in either of the My Singing Monsters games proper, several data logs of theirs have been posted to the official Youtube channel, to tease monsters that would later be added to the game, mainly the Paironormals (Hairionette and Owlesque), special monsters that change forms.
DOMA has a dedicated website at doma.company (hosted on doma.outerorbital.com, the personal website of one of the Monster-Handlers), which was first found on March 9th, 2025, although it was registered on February 16 of that year. The website has four sections: Home, which links to pages for each file, Reports, which has currently 9 classified report files, Info, which leads to DOMA's LinkedIn page, and Contact, which simply displays the text "Don't." in the corner with no other content. On April Fools Day 2025, the Home page led to a visual novel on itch.io titled "DOMA Days", about a worker's daily life at the company.
On April Fools Day 2025, DOMA took near complete control of the Monster-Handlers, rebranding the Youtube channel, Bluesky account and Discord server to their own branding, while presumably kidnapping the Monster-Handlers David, Ally, Charlie, Tyson, Jenn, Jason, and Bell from Big Blue Bubble studios. Several Youtube videos' thumbnail's were changed to their logs until everything was reverted at around 5:00 PM EST.
