~ Desco to Fuka Kazamatsuri. |
Desco is a major ally in the video game Disgaea 4: A Memory Unforgotten. Despite her status as an ally who aids the main characters, Desco is a demon who wants to take over the Earth and fill the world with chaos.
She was voiced by Michelle Ruff, who also voiced Eliza in Skullgirls.
Biography[]
Past[]
Desco was a demon clone created by Genjuro Kazamatsuri in the Human World with demon cells in order to be the younger sister to Genjuro's daughter Fuka Kazamatsuri and help her take over the Earth as she wished by becoming a Final Boss.
Eventually, Desco would be banished to Hades by the improved version of herself named DES X. While in Hades, Desco would be locked away because of her immense power.
Disgaea 4: A Memory Unforgotten[]
Desco's prison would be unlocked by Axel and Death Emizel in order to defeat Valvatorez and his allies. The first action Desco took was to destroy Axel in a single blow for trying to order her around.
After seeing Fuka standing beside Valvatorez, Desco decided to try an impress her by going to kill Emizel next, however, Valvatorez stopped him and began to lecture Desco because she beat Axel in a single hit, something a final boss should never do. Desco ignored Valvatorez's speech and challenged him to a fight.
Valvatorez managed to defeat Desco which saddened her, making Desco think that she would be thrown away for being inferior again but Valvatorez decided to recruit Desco to his side in order to train her into
Desco Ending[]
If the player loses to Desco during the fight against her then Desco asks Fuka if she was impressed by her younger sister's power, however, Fuka refused to accept Desco as her sister which made Desco double down on her mission to impress her sister and went on a rampage across the Netherworld, destroying everyone who tried to stop her including the Corrupternment.
Eventually, the Corrupternment came to the conclusion that the only way to stop Desco was to appease Fuka into accepting Desco as her younger sister. After fulfilling all of Fuka's requests such as improved Prinny treatment, girly city reformation, jelly and boba swimming pool construction and 1070 other requests, Fuka would agree to accept Desco as her sister, bringing the rampage to an end, saving what little there was left of the Netherworld.
Fuka & Desco Show[]
In the Fuka & Desco Show, Desco takes the role of a deuteragonist along with her sister. After Fuka heard a rumour that if a Prinny bribes Death with enough money when they reincarnate then they will get a free wish so Desco, Fuka and Artina form a phantom thief group called the Tri-Angels and they went to rob the Mint, a bank in the Netherworld that contains the most money.
After barging through the Mint, the three managed to defeat Director Hellmoney and Death Emizel and stole a bazillion HL from the bank before Fuka and Desco were told that reincarnating would remove all of Fuka's memories and she would be reborn as someone else instead of being brought back to life.
When they got back to Hades, Valvatorez and Fenrich would put Fuka through the Zetai Prinny Project after she refused to act like a Prinny should with Desco, Artina and Emizel all agreeing to fight alongside Fuka to help her. At the end, Fuka would agree to reincarnate which shocked Desco so hard that she split in two, forming Torn Desco who would go on to take over the Corrupternment and change the Netherworld into what Fuka wanted in order to make Fuka wish to stay and not reincarnate.
While battling through the Blight House, Desco began to realise that wanting to keep Fuka in the Netherworld was just Desco's selfish desire and she and Torn Desco fused back together. Now whole, Desco decided that she would make some last memories with Fuka by taking over the Earth with Fuka and her friends which would also help Desco reduce the number of people that Fuka could be reborn as by lowering the population.
After travelling to Earth, Desco and her allies would battle across the Earth, fighting against the Earth's defenders such as robots, the Prism Rangers and robotic duplicates of Fuka. At the end, Desco would fight against DES X, now named Earth X in order to rule the Earth.
Desco was ready to see Fuka off, however, Flonne would appear and inform the two that Fuka couldn't reincarnate because the money she was going to use was stolen and conquering the Earth is a sin too great to pay with just a bazillion HL, forcing Fuka to stay in the Netherworld with her and Desco working together to take over the Netherworld.
Sometime in the future, Desco would go on to be known as the Great Deity Desco and would work alongside Galaxy Empress Fuka to take over the Netherworld and Celestia.
