Dessa is a minor antagonist from Heroes of Might and Magic III: Armageddon's Blade, Foolhardy Waywardness and Festival of Life campaign. He was an ogre warlord and a commander of the barbarian armies of Krewlod.
Biography[]
What is known about Dessa's early years is that fifteen years ago, before he became one of the barbarian battle mages of Krewlod, he lived in a small village that was destroyed by human marauders. Only six children survived the massacre and he was one of them, then he swore revenge, to one day find those who destroyed his home and community. After becoming a battlemage, he joined the infamous regnan pirates and with several other infamous barbarians attacked a small island guarded by Sir Christian with armies of Erathia. However, the knight inflicted a great defeat on them, but Dessa did not die, but returned to Krewlod. He then took on a more serious role when he supported the house of Telez in the Feast of Life to take the throne of Krewlod from the king, Winston Boragus, but a brutal barbarian named Kilgor defeated him, the house, and the king and became the all-powerful tyrant of Krewlod. After that, his fate is unknown, as he was not seen in Axeoth, it is possible that he perished during the Reckoning and was thus unable to complete his revenge.
