Carla Magucci also known as Destruction Worker is the main antagonist of the Megamind Rules! episode The Art of Destruction.
She is a construction worker who found herself transformed into a supervillain after a hazardous encounter with toxic waste. Consumed by a thirst for vengeance against the inhabitants of the neighbor known as Little Delaware for their perceived lack of appreciation for her work, Clara devised a malevolent scheme to wreak havoc upon the neighborhood.
However, her nefarious intentions were thwarted by a formidable alliance consisting of Megamind, Ol’ Chum, Roxanne, Kekio, Music Man, and Blanche, confronted and ultimately overcame Clara's wicked plans, safeguarding the community of Little Delaware from her destructive wrath.
She is voiced by Brookie Dillman.
