Destruction Worker is a major antagonist of the Megamind video game series. He is a construction worker who like the name implies, causes destruction and terrorism through the City, and is later hired by Tighten to take down Megamind.
He was voiced by Fred Tatasciore, who also voiced Rocksteady in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2012), Rhino from Marvel's Spider-Man and its sequel, Shao Kahn in Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion's Revenge, Goldar in the 2017 Power Rangers film, Tony Alpert in Battlefield: Hardline, Bane in Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City, Saren Arterius in Mass Effect, Poseidon in God of War (2005), and many more.
Biography[]
Destruction Worker was hired by Tighten so that the Doom Syndicate would be founded alongside fellow villains Psycho Delic and Hot Flash so they can make Tighten become Blue Tighten.
Megamind: Ultimate Showdown[]
He first send his goons through the city to cause more destruction, until Megamind finds and defeats him, whose gas is the first clue to finding Blue Tighten.
Megamind: Mega Team Unite[]
Destruction Worker and his goons return to Metro City and start causing a riot downtown, and later destroys a building , where the Mega Squad uses to practice their "mega moves". After defeating his goons, the Mega Squad defeats him aswell and he later becomes part of the team.
Personality[]
Destruction Worker is a sadistic who doesn't care about the destruction around him and finds it amusing. After his defeat in Megamind: Mega Team Unite he joins the team showing that he might have some honor after all, however this could be just because he can't beat them.
Trivia[]
- Destruction Worker is so far the only member of the Doom Syndicate from the Megamind Videogames to have a counterpart in the TV Show.
