Devias is a minor antagonist in Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade. He was one of the highest ranking soldiers in all of Ostia before his betrayal.
Appearance
Devias is a middle-aged man He has a sharp nose, a large chin, wrinkles under his eyes and green hair styled in a mostly even cut (with one piece sticking out), and a mustache. He also wears orange armor he has a sharp nose and a very bulky chin.
Biography
Devias is a high-ranking member in the Ostian army who eventually defected to Bern to side with Leygance's forces, capturing Lilina and capturing Castle Ostia.
In Chapter 7, Devias informs Leygance about Lilina's mercenaries not siding with them, and Leygance angrily tells him that if they don't conquer all of Ostia before Narcian's army arrives, they will be humiliated, terrifying Devias. Leygance orders Devias to clear out the town and defend the castle gates from Roy's army with a group of wyvern riders, although this defense fails and Devias meets his end with his army.
