Darkness Ninja Devil Cats is a World Ninja who uses his ninja arts to steal jewelry and the main antagonist of episode 36 of Sekai Ninja Sen Jiraiya. He later returns in episode 48, where he teams up with Parchis and Silver Shark to steal the Pako.
His civilian identity is a fortune teller called Kuroneko or "Black Cat".
He was portrayed by Mickey Curtis, who previously played Guillotine in Jikuu Senshi Spielban.
Biography[]
Using his ninja arts, Devil Cats stole expensive jewelry from around the world, eventually coming to Japan. By day, Devil Cats posed as the fortune teller Kuroneko and used his tarot cards to "predict" where Devil Cats would strike next, earning him a reputation as an accurate fortune teller.
However, Toha and Rei soon grew suspicious of him and began to suspect their was a connection between him and Devil Cats. The two later confronted Devil Cats on one of his heists and defeated him, unmasking him before taking him into custody.
At some point however, Devil Cats escaped. When the location of the Pako was revealed, Devil Cats teamed up with Parchis and Silver Shark to obtain it. As they, the Sorcerers Clan and Jiraiya and his allies all converged on the Pako, Silver Shark and his allies fought Jiraiya, Emiha and Reiha, only to be defeated by them.
Devil Cats's spirit was later among the evil World Ninjas revived by Madam Spider to take on Jiraiya and his allies. Their spirits were summoned again by Org Ninja Dokusai to enlarge himself.
