Devil Monger is a minor antagonist of Taiyo Sentai Sun Vulcan, serving as the primary antagonist of the Episode 5. He was a devil-themed Monger at the service of the Machine Empire Black Magma and under the command of Führer Hell Saturn and Zero Girls.
He was voiced by Teiji Omiya.
Biography[]
Devil Monger first appeared at the beginning of the Episode, when he was created to assist Hell Saturn and the newly revived Queen Hedrian to collect two sacrificial females for a special ceremony during a solar eclipse for their Black Sun God. Together with Zero Girls and Machinemen, Monger attacked Tokyo and successfully kidnapped two women, before preparing for the ceremony. Sun Vulcan Rangers tried to interfere and save the girls, but failed. After this event, the Rangers returned to their base and started discussing the plan of Black Magma, by searching the way to stop the villains.
Later, the villain escorted the captives to Sunrise Island where Hedrian prepared to sacrifice the innocent people. However, Sun Vulcan Rangers arrived and started fighting with the villains. After VulPanther saved both girls, Sun Vulcan regrouped and fought Devil Monger. The multi-colored heroes defeated and eliminated the monster with their Vulcan Ball. However, that wasn't the end of the monster, because his Expansion Program activated and he ressurected and enlarged himself. However, Sun Vulcan quickly defeated and destroyed him again with their Sun Vulcan Robo.
