Devlin Levin is the son of Kevin 11,000 who became best friends with Ben 10,000s son Ken Tennyson. When he met Kenny they hung out and liked to show off their abilities. Later on he is welcomed to the Tennyson's residence where he double crossed Ken, captured him, and freed his father from the Null Void. Kevin thanked him for freeing him but double crosses him and proceeds to kill Ken and Max until Ben comes to the rescue. Devlin was angered by Kevin's betrayal and decided to help defeat him. After Kevin was imprisoned he was worried they would imprison him to but instead they decided to bring him into their family and he accepted it.
