We can see Devon with an entourage he had when Adam Ruzek and Kevin Atwater infiltrate the prison, Devon just watches them go by, then during his lunch break Kevin Atwater approaches him, asking if he was from the east side, but one of members of his entourage snap back and ask Atwater why he was asking so many questions. Then some guards arrive and take Tucker away for a "medical exam" Antonio Dawson, who was also undercover as a guard, asks surprised why they took him away if there was no medical justification, another guard answers that it was because Tucker had made a deal with federal officials and was under witness protection. In order to continue watching Tucker, Adam Ruzek starts a fight during lunch time, causing Kevin Atwater is separated and taken to the protection zone, where Devon was also there. Devon goes to his cell and Kevin follows him, starting to talk, Devon talks normally with Kevin, at one point Devon asks Kevin if he needed anything. Kevin asked about Maya Watkins, the only witness in Devon's nephew's crime, then Kevin reveals that someone had murdered Maya, Devon lies and says that Grant's problems were none of his business, then Kevin leaves after being threatened by a prisoner, a Puerto Rican prisoner who had previously been arrested by Atwater manages to identify him, and word spreads that he was a policeman, later in a break Tucker is seen playing basketball with some prisoners, after the break Kevin comes over to talk again with Devon, who orders him to leave, Kevin tells him that he received a message from Omar Martel, telling him that he had been arrested and that he was going to rat on James if Devon didn't pay him another amount, Devon says that Martell doesn't have to demand more , since he was already going to pay him 10 percent of the contract, Devon despairs and reveals that James wanted to kill the girl himself, but discovered that Martell would do whatever Devon wanted, in the middle of the conversation another inmate arrives, who he reveals to Devon that Kevin was a policeman, Devon asks the inmate to close the gate, after which Devon takes a screwdriver out of his uniform, Devon tries to stab Kevin, but he hits him in the face making him back off, Kevin proceeds to fight with another prisoner pulling him from the second level of the cell onto a table on the first level, Devon approaches from behind trying to stab him, but Kevin manages to grab the gun and throw him to the ground where it hits him repeatedly, then Antonio Dawson separates Kevin from Devon Kevin yells at Devon that yes, he was a cop and Devon had just confessed to the murder of Maya Watkins, presumably Devon's deal with the feds is broken and he would continue to be incarcerated in prison.
