Dictator Libby Folfax is the overarching antagonist of The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, episode "The Tomorrow Boys". She is the twisted future counterpart of Libby Folfax.
Like her original counterpart, she is voiced by Crystal Scales.
History[]
When Jimmy tested megalomanium (a substance that converts any living creature it comes into contact with into evil tyrants obsessed with power) on a flower, it caused it to attack the bloom next to it. Jimmy constructs the Chrono Arch, a time-traveling machine, by creating a time portal. Carl and Sheen enter the room and summon Jimmy to Libby's birthday party.
Jimmy instructs Carl to wrap his gift before they depart for the party. Carl unintentionally snatches the Megalomanium vial instead of the lavender perfume Jimmy intended for Libby. Jimmy, Carl, Sheen, and Goddard leave to give Libby their gift, then return to the lab to visit the future.
When they reach in the future, they discover that Libby has transformed into Retroville's tyrant ruler, causing a chain reaction of sorrow for everyone, because of Libby's tyrannical reign. And puts people in slavery if they failed to view required programming and has robot cops to unlawfully arrest them for their crimes.
The four, however, catch the notice of a cop-bot, who pursues them to the present and wrecks Libby's celebration. The boys attempt to demolish the Megalomanium, but because all of the gifts look the same, they are obliged to take the easiest route: continue damaging the gifts until the cop-bot vanishes. Cindy discovers them and brings them to the location of Jimmy's present. The cop-bot is destroyed by the gift and vanishes, preventing the terrible future.
