He notoriously possesses extreme sadism to anyone who tries to cross him to the point of unreasonable and irrational as he ruthlessly ordered the death of the North family who had nothing to do with people who crossed him just for the sake of spreading terror.

His extreme sadism proves to be his downfall as he greatly somewhat stupidly underestimates the resolves of Riley when she goes great length to destroy his empire and ending his life. Even Riley corners him and ready to send him to hell, he still thinks that Riley doesn't have the gut to end his cruel life based on the threat of jail time, resulting in his death as he cannot understand the willingness of a person who has nothing to lose.

Diego believed that the faults of parents fell on their children, as he ordered to his men to kill Chris along with his daughter but he is extremely hypocrite when he tried his best to save his own daughter from Riley, showing that he unwilling to live up to his own brutal principle when his love ones are threatened.

Diego Garcia is a drug kingpin who has half of the L.A.P.D. and the D.A. and the judge on his payroll. He is the biggest drug lord in Los Angeles. Chris North is an auto mechanic who had a wife named Riley and a daughter named Carly. Chris auto shop is struggling. Mostly Chris friend talks Chris into robbing Garcia for money. Chris declines, Chris friend knows Diego Garcia and has friends on the inside that were planning on robbing him or refuse to join his team. Garcia took out Chris friend and hired his three men to kill Chris and his family to make an example of anyone potentially tries to cross him. Chris and his daughter were killed in a drive by outside the amusement park where Riley and Chris taking their daughter to their birthday. Riley survived, but the good news is we got Chris and Carly's killers. Riley identifying them in the lineup and if they can get them arrested. They could get Diaz too. But the Judge, the D.A. and the three of men who Riley's daughter and Chris' lawyer are all on Diaz payroll and they got off by a technicality. Riley is upset Diaz men got away with murder. The judge is about to have her committed. However, Riley escaped and after five years she came back to L.A. to take down Garcia and his men. Riley took down the three shooters who killed Chris and her daughter Carly. She also took down the killers defense attorney, the D.A. and the judge who were on all Garcia payroll. Riley took down Garcia's men and Detective Stan Carmichael who is Moises Beltrain partner and a supporter of Riley. Riley becomes very popular and a public hero. Mostly the cops think of her as a vigilante. But everyone else sees as a guardian angel and a true hero. Garcia took down Carmichael and Riley took down Garcia once in for all. Riley is a hero, she thought she would die and join her family. But Beltrain rescued her. LAPD chief is considering pressing criminal charges on Riley. Even though she is a labeled as a hero and it would ruin the LAPD reputation if they press charges on Riley who single-handedly took down a corrupted officials and took down a drug ring by Garcia. Beltrain see her as a hero and let her escape and finish her quest to protect the city.

Diego Gracia was a cruel, brutal and utterly psychopathic man. He notoriously possesses extreme sadism to anyone who tries to cross him to the point of unreasonable and irrational as he ruthlessly ordered the death of the North family who had nothing to do with people who crossed him just for the sake of spreading terror.
