Dillon is the titular villain of the song "Millie Pulled A Pistol On Santa" by the hip-hop band De La Soul. He is the seemingly nice father of Millie who is in fact an evil sexual predator who has a job as a social worker presumably just so he can get aroused by his close proximity to children.
Biography[]
Dillon is a social worker in Brooklyn who is regarded by all the kids at the school as the coolest adult in town due to allowing them to watch TV at his house. He originally comes from Philadelphia, from where he brought his daughter Millie and sent her to school in Brooklyn. Dillon is well-liked in the community, in part due to volunteering to play Santa at Macy's department store. It's even said that "Santa's ways [are] parallel with Dillon" due to his perceived niceness.
However, all of this is a façade. Dillon is in fact a pedophilic monster who routinely molests his daughter, sometimes beating her when she fights back or screams. He only volunteers to play Santa because he wants to get sexually excited from having young children sit on his lap, which is most likely similar to the reason he became a social worker. At one point, he actually has to take Millie out of school to give her bruises time to heal, claiming she's sick.
Millie appeals to one of her friends to help her by getting her a loaded pistol, but he refuses to believe her because of Dillon's good reputation. She tells him that she'll get it from someplace else, which she does.
While Dillon is acting as Santa at Macy's, Millie enters with a concealed gun and confronts her father. She tells him that "he's off to Hell cuz he's a demon" and pulls the gun on him. Dillon begs for mercy, but is shot and killed by Millie.
