Dink Winkerson (also known as the Mother Mugger) is a recurring antagonist of the Disney channel series Phineas and Ferb. He was the former reporter of the show "Danville Today" until he was exposed for stealing umbrellas from mothers.

Role

It's a Mud, Mud, Mud, Mud World

Dink first appeared as he laid down a story about the local giant monster truck rally before interviewing Isabella about the event.

Dink made another cameo appearance laying down another story at the Danville Mountain Top Winter Arena.

Dink makes another cameo appearance reporting a heat wave hitting Danville.

Dink makes another report about an infamous robber known as the Mother Mugger, who's been known to stealing umbrella from mothers.

Eventually, the Mother Mugger steals Linda Flynn-Fletcher's umbrella before trying to get away. However, a giant zoetrope rolls into town and carries the Mugger by his suspenders before sticking him into one of the police's loudspeakers.

With the Mother Mugger caught, he is unmasked to be Dink in disguise. Dink admits to having stolen the umbrellas as a means of providing himself some shade due to spending out his reports in the scorching heat. With Dink exposed, he ends up being arrested and sent to prison.

Dink makes a cameo appearance reporting about several alien tourists who were conned by Mitch to trash Danville.

Bend It Like Doof

Dink escapes from prison while still wearing his prison jumpsuit, but is surprised to learn that O.W.C.A. (led by Major Monogram) and L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. (led by Heinz Doofenshmirtz) are entering into a soccer match. To that end, he steals a lemonade table from two little girls so that he can act at the announcer for the game, much to the girls' anger. However, the game ends in a tie between both organizations, and Dink ends up being caught by a police officer, who takes him back to prison.

Dooflicated

Dink makes another cameo appearance where he notices Phineas and Ferb using their Fun-inators to wreak havoc in Danville, right before he is contained in a ball alongside several other citizens.
