Dino Velvet is one of the main antagonists of the 1999 thriller "8mm".
Dino Velvet is depicted as a pornographic director whose works often star the masked "Machine" and are known to be extremely violent - Velvet and "Machine" also secretly produce illegal snuff films: which leads Private Investigator Tom Welles to infiltrate their snuff ring as part of his efforts to find out the truth about his client's missing daughter.
