Dixon is an antagonist in Fallout: New Vegas, serving as the main antagonist of the Followers of the Apocalypse side quest High Times. He is a sadistic drug dealer who operates in the crime ridden town of Freeside, supplying the local addicts and thugs with a wide array of chems, including his 'special' Jet and Whiskey which, in reality, is incredibly addictive and even lethal in some cases.

He was voiced by Liam O'Brien, who also voiced Orris and Jessup in the same game, Infinite in Sonic Forces, Archer in Fate/stay night, Caius Ballad in Final Fantasy XIII-2, Sanctus in Devil May Cry 4, Brian O'Neill in Mafia 2 and Reverse-Flash in Injustice 2.

Biography[]

Background[]

Dixon was a Freeside local and notorious chem dealer, he was especially known for selling his special recipes for Jet and Whiskey for dirt cheap prices, these recipes were much lower quality than their regular counterparts but significantly more addictive, this was due to how that anyone who tries to get themselves clean without the proper medical aid, they would die from the withdrawal symptoms.

Dixon holds a massive hatred towards the New California Republic, so much so that he would sell his special chems to NCR Squatters for much cheaper prices so he could see them living in agony. He doesn't care much more for his fellow Freeside residents, particulary two of his regular customers Jacob Hoff and Bill Ronte, both associates of the Followers of the Apocalypse. He finds their suffering to be hilarious, particularly enjoying watching the two of them spiral downward further into their addictions, and would continue to do so if The Courier never intervenes.
