Biography[]
Django was sent out by Zodiac to obtain the Dragon Crystal, the final artifact needed to complete Operation Gaia. In search of clues to the Dragon Crystal's location, Django raided the home of late archeologist Masamu Sugino but was unable to find anything. However, with the help of Sugino's granddaughter Rika, Gou and his allies were able to find a map that led to the Dragon Crystal's location. Django had Fangs steal the map and used it to locate the Dragon Crystal, but Gou and his allies were able to use a device made by the Doctor to follow Django and his cyborgs. After Django unearthed the Dragon Crystal, Gou became Guyferd to fight him for possession of it, but Django was able to defeat Guyferd using his Ki draining powers, forcing Gou of his transformation. Before he could finish Gou off however, both Gou and the Dragon Crystal were teleported away by the Giga Spark.
Both Django's forces and Gou's allies then began searching for him and the Dragon Crystal. Django captured Rika and Yuu and interrogated them on Gou's location, but the two denied knowing anything. Django then noticed a tracker on Yuu's clothing and decided to use them to lure Rei and the Doctor into a trap. He allowed Rei and the Doctor to rescue them, but as they were searching Django ambushed and captured all four of them. However, it was then that Gou returned from the other realm as Guyferd, now infused with the power of the Dragon Crystal. Django fought Guyferd again but was unable to stand up to the Dragon Crystal's might and was destroyed.
