He’s the ruler of Villainville and the leader of the Lethal Legion. He has the desire of acquiring the Infinity Sword, so that he can rule the universe. He is also the archenemy of Super Hero Squad, specifically Iron Man.
According to Coco von Doom, he was expelled from college before he could have gotten a degree.
When he went in space to get the Infinity Sword to rule over the universe, he fought against Iron Man over it. It caused the Infinity Sword to shatter to many pieces all over the universe.

Synopsis[]
Doctor Doom sent in giant monsters, who are Fin Fang Foom, Tricephalous, Megataur, and Manoo, and Moleman to cause havoc around the Super Hero City, after the Mayor of Super Hero City declared the city between Villainville and Super Hero City separated and to find one of the Infinity Fractal. After the Super Hero Squad managed to stop Moleman, who intended to use the fractal for himself, and stopped the giant monsters, Doctor Doom teleported Moleman back to Villainville to give him a punishment and vowed the Super Hero Squad that he will get all the fractals.
Doctor Doom sent in the Wreaking Crew and Abomination to retrieve the fractal, which was buried deep near the water and electric building before being sent to the hockey arena by mistake. The villains failed to acquire the fractals. Dr. Doom teleported the villains back to Villainville.
Dr. Doom, M.O.D.O.K., and Abomination headed to the Super Hero City to get another fractal and successfully deal with the Super Hero Squad, due to the Silver Surfer mishap. Doctor Doom realized that the Silver Surfer has a lot of cosmic energy to assemble the fractals he acquired. He kidnaped the Silver Surfer and imprisoned him with M.O.D.O.K. and Abomination to keep him there, so Dr. Doom drained his cosmic energy to create the Infinity Dagger, from Dr. Doom's fractals. Dr. Doom attempted to use the Infinity Dagger to destroy Super Hero City. However, the Super Hero Squad managed to rescue the Silver Surfer with the latter regaining his cosmic energy to stop Doom and destroy the dagger into fractals. Dr. Doom was now left with no fractals and his armor was damaged in the process.
Dr. Doom sent Klaw and Screaming Mimi to the Super Hero City to get another fractals. However, it was foiled when the Hulk touched the fractal and became the Grey Hulk and stopped the villains. Dr. Doom sent them again along with Melter and Toad to get another fractal, and meanwhile he sent in M.O.D.O.K. and Abomination to cause havoc towards S.H.I.E.L.D. helicarrier as a distraction, which the villains succeeded.
Doctor Doom sent Sabretooth and Juggernaut to Super Hero City to retrieve the Infinity Fractal, but has to deal with the Super Hero Squad. During the battle, everyone got caught in a magic that temporary turned them differently, which was caused by Dr. Strange, who went crazy. Dr. Doom was confronted Dormmanu, who is interested in getting the Infinity Fractals. Doom and Captain America are trap in their own magic bubble by Dormmanu. After the Super Hero Squad managed to deal with Dorrmmanu, and Dr. Strange freed from the Infinity Fractals inside the Eye of Agamotto and freeing Captain America, Dr. Doom remained trapped inside the magic bubble and sent flying in the sky.
Doctor sent Abomination and MODOK to retrieves the fractal from a little girl named Brynnie, who was wearing it as a tiara, and sent in Pyro and Zzyaz to cause havoc in the Super Hero City. However, Brynnie is proven difficult to deal with even for Dr. Doom, who was unable to retrieve it until her father came and kindly asked her to give the fractal to the Squaddies, which she did, thus foiling Dr. Doom's plan.
Dr. Doom observed Scorpio have stolen a piece of tech that he needed from Stark Industries and managed to escape from the Super Hero Squad. Doom decided to recruit him, so he sent in Moleman, Abomination, and MODOK for the job. Once Scorpio was brought by his minions, Doom offered an alliance in exchange for the tech that he needed to create and control a powerful black hole that is fueled by the Infinity Fractal. Dr. Doom found out that Scorpio is actually Nick Fury, who was to stop Doom's plan from the beginning, and restricted him. When the black hole device has started, the Super Hero Squad, who got the tracking signal thanks to Nick Fury, arrived to stop Doom's plan. Dr. Doom's plan failed when Nick managed to break free of his restraints and took the fractal out of the device causing the black hole to go out of control with the villains sucked in. They were last seen being in the middle of space piloting a spaceship and much to their horror, Moleman farted inside the ship.
It was mentioned by the Enchantress that she was ordered by Dr. Doom to cause problem with the Helicarrier to crash leading it to become decommission, so the Super Hero Squad will have a difficult problem to find a place to stay and lack of sleep, while Dr. Doom can search for the Fractals uninterrupted.
Dr. Doom hired Egghead to work with Abomination and MODOK after they failed to secured a Fractal to retrieve it back. However, it was thwarted by the Super Hero Squads and Ant-Man.
Doctor Doom sent in Abomination and MODOK to recruit a fellow supervillain, Ringmaster.
Doctor Doom meets Thanos, who offered a technology to track down the Infinity Fractals in exchange for to steal an artifact from the Fantastic Four inside the Baxter Building. While the Super Hero Squad and the Fantastic Four were busy dealing what was supposedly a Skrull Invasion, the villains consist of Doom, MODOK, Abomination, Paste Pot Pete and Thanos infiltrated the Baxter Building, but was being guarded by Falcon and H.E.R.B.I.E.. The heroes stop the fight against the Skrulls after learning that the Skrulls were only tracking down a Skrull Conman, who impersonated Thanos, and arrested them. Dr. Doom became angry over this deception and learned that the artifact they were trying to steal was to make string cheese that he escapes while leaving other villains at the heroes mercy.
Dr. Doom sent in Mystique, who impersonated Black Widow, to the Super Hero City to gain the Squaddie's trust, so they can steal the Fractals from the S.H.I.E.L.D. Vault. After Mystique managed to turn off the defense, Dr. Doom, MODOK, Abomination, Klaw, Screaming Mini, and Toad entered the base. However, their plan failed after the Super Hero Squad managed to defeat them with Screaming Mini, who is really Songbird and an undercover S.H.I.E.L.D agent, stopping them. However, Dr. Doom escaped from being captured.
Doctor Doom, Abomination, and MODOK attempted to get the Fractal, but the clash with the Super Hero Squad caused the Fractal to land on MODOK's forehead allowing him to turn powerful. MODOK was able to defeat the Super Hero Squad and took Doom's power and status as the ruler of Villainville. Also, Doom is treated as a slave to MODOK, but he overheard about Loki's plan to control MODOK by supposedly joining force. Doom had a nightmare about being a slave that he needed to train himself stronger in a Rocky Balboa's training montage to beat MODOK. During the next Fractal hunt, Dr. Doom planned to make MODOK lose the Fractal on his forehead making him and Loki turn against each other and give him an ice cream to cause MODOK to have brain freeze, which caused his Fractal to separate. Even though, Dr. Doom failed to get the Fractal, he regained his power and his status as the ruler of Villainville and his first order is to punish MODOK by testing out dangerous weapons that can injury him, while he and Abomination can enjoy watching his injuries while eating popcorns.
Doctor Doom was frustrated with interference of the Super Hero Squad. The Enchantress offered her service by using her love magic to make Thor fall in love with her, so Doctor Doom can easily get all the Infinity Fractals. Doctor Doom sent in Fin Fang Foom to cause havoc around the Super Hero City to lure the Squaddies including Thor. After Fin Fang Foom was defeated, Enchantress attempted to use her love magic on Thor, but it backfired on Ms. Marvel, who accidently fallen in love with MODOK. While the Enchantress' plan is not in her favor, Dr. Doom did see it as he believed that MODOK could get her to join the side of evil. However, MODOK was not interested in that plan just make love to Ms. Marvel, which frustrated Doom. After Enchantess offered to help Ironman and Hawkeye assist in removing the love spell from Ms. Marvel, Ms. Marvel sent a blast to MODOK back to Villainville with Doom being angry for the damage.

Unlike other versions of Doctor Doom, he idolizes the Red Skull, which is ironic since he is of Romani descent.
He has the tendency to say "Nuts" whenever, he doesn't get what he wants.
Unlike most versions, he is not a prominent enemy of the Fantastic Four and instead considers Iron Man his greatest enemy.
