Doctor Phleboto Mizer is a character in the webcomic Awful Hospital, commonly seen accompanying Doctor Phage
Description[]
Dr. Mizer is often seen accompanying Dr. Phage around the hospital, acting as the straight man to Phage's hugely inflated ego. Mizer often questions Phage's decisions and knowledge. This naturally causes the egotistical Phage to either ignore Mizer or be frustrated at him. Mizer especially seems to dislike how Phage treats him as an employee, showing contempt with his working conditions and schedule. He also seems to understand grey-zoners far better than most of the hospital's staff. He also has the ability to mix various chemicals in his syringe head for different purposes, including transfusion and purging. He also seems to be one of the few members of this hospital's staff that can perceive Dolphins and understand the danger that they pose.
